File format
The ideal format would be uncompressed, de-interlaced avi files, sized to 512 x 384 pixels supplied on DVD.
We can use avi, quicktime, mpeg, DVD or miniDV - avi or quicktime are preferred.
Video should be at least 512 x 384 pixels big, and should be compressed as little as possible.
If video is compressed, it should be de-interlaced.
